At Polk for Recovery, outreach is where connection begins. We meet people in the community and help them take the next step toward recovery.

Through peer support and recovery services, we connect individuals with treatment options, supportive housing, employment, transportation, and opportunities to build healthy social networks. Our role is to guide people in putting the right pieces in place so recovery is not only possible, but sustainable.
